This is the position for supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager and will be Assistant Store Manager candidate.
【Key responsibilities include】
Learning Overall Store Operations** (Approximately 6 months to 1 year):
- Providing customer service.
- Managing inventory levels and placing orders for consumables.
- Handling cash register and kitchen operations.
- Monitoring and verifying essential operational systems for the store.
- Assisting with business marketing and promotional activities (e.g., distributing flyers).
- Supporting Staff Management
- Assisting the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager with recruiting, training, and supervising staff members.
- Maintaining Operational Standards
- Ensuring consistent adherence to operational guidelines and practices.
